Daylight saving time is upon us bringing lighter evenings and paving the way to summer. So dig out those spring outfits and dust off the winter fluff from your brain and join us for the October edition of TGR Fridays from 7:30pm at the Nags Head in Glebe.

Another fabulous turnout, with spring being welcomed in typical TGR Friday fashion (lots of chatter, laughter and just a smidgin of naughty water 🤥).

If you couldnt make this one, never fear as we will be gathering our wits (both of them…….shared between the whole ensemble) and welcoming the lighter evenings at the Nags Head in Glebe on the…

It is really sad to see it go, but I must admit to not visiting that often of late with social media groups. When I joined it was an important place to meet others on line and to get information. Thank you for the years of organising this. My best wishes for the future. June

A Thank You to Anthea

As TGR prepares to close its doors in December 2026, it feels important to pause and acknowledge what this website and its administrator have meant to so many people over the years.

For a great many of us, TGR has been far more than a website. It has been a place where people could meet others who understood their experiences,…

I’d love to hear from other trans members about how your fashion choices have changed as you’ve gotten older. Have you found that your style, the clothes you feel comfortable wearing, or the way you express your gender through fashion has evolved over time? I’m curious whether age has influenced your confidence, preferences, or willingness to ex…

All members registered on TgR should have received an email over the last few days. But in case any went walkabout, this is what the email said:

We have reached a momentous time in the history of TgR.

30 years ago, in the early years of the Internet, I developed a simple website called “Crossdressing in Australia”. This developed to feature a…

As winter draws to a close and the temperatures start to rise why not give your thermal bloomers one last night out for the year. So feel free to drag your granny panties down to the Nags Head in Glebe from 7:30pm as we celebrate the end of chilly nights, and scratchy underwear, for another six months 😬
