A neighbour said Segretti was often filming in the street and \"strutting round as a director\".<\/p>\n
\"Nobody cares how he dresses but we do care that he makes the kids the subject of his wacko films and that they looked underweight,\" the neighbour said.<\/p>\n
Police are investigating claims Segretti posted the films of her children on YouTube or broadcast them live from her own website.<\/p>\n
