  Posted Wed Nov 25, 2009 Policemen in central Japan have taken to cross-dressing in a bid to snare a group of bag-snatchers targeting women.

  Umm, excuse me, but does the Japanse Police force not have female officers? Why do they dress guys up? Is this some kind of Footy Show stunt of cross dressing footballers having a lark?
