  today at work

  At work today, I took down the details of a passengers pram and was phoning through to another department as we usually do.
  Now, I usually spell the name if its a bit ambiguous spelling or if its a name that I cant necessarily pronounce and I went to do this with this passengers name

  The last name was FU
