    Hi.

Beauty well lets see , i had a look and this may work for a softer skin, and possiable for some women maybe, ill ? that.

Any way my skin is lovely for my age as soft as it’ll ever be, as for wringles most people dont belive im aged 66 so quess what i really dont need any surgery , now your detail on looking less masculine , if and we have took a pic of myself say 20 years ago and now would you see much difference,

Jos saw some and others have , myself i dought it and im passed not looking like a female yes i know i hated how i looked at age 10 and no different now mind you im too well accepted that no one is bothered any way, if any one is its allways been me i know i dont have female features, never will . tough. it does not stop what i do or where i go or talking to 100’s of people , well 1000’s , you see as i started out beauty is skin deep .

The real beauty is from within and to me that is my strength my stronge points are from there, not in how i look or dont, as a female i lack the looks so make my lacks up in other ways,

I have to agree with Noeleena , beauty is more your person and how you face life over that of being female. I guess I been around to long now not to be fooled by sports car looks and but find the old family sedan to be better and less of a issue.

Play with you face to much and you find yourself looking sad all the time.

Just read the article makes sense to me, I mean why not exercise your face muscles, no surgery ,no chemicals, no cost every bit helps I would say
and if it makes you feel better about yourself go for it.

Thanks Scylla, You echo my thoughts exactly, a non invasive method of toning up those facial muscle that only costs a little time and effort…

Most women I know spend quiet a lot of both money and time trying to improve on what God gave them and time is doing its best to take away. First impressions are important and your face is the thing most people see first. So why not give yourself a little help to look your natural best and stave off the aging process a little longer?
If you have a good foundation on which to build you may find you need less to enhance your natural beauty.

I fully agree that what is on the outside is not a reflection of a person’s personality but I do find those that feel good about themselves are much nicer people to be around, it just seems to rub off onto others.

I have no idea why ‘playing with your face will make you look sad all the time’. I have seen some very serviceable family sedans that, with a good scrub and a little polish can come up (almost) like new.
Why live with a shabby face when with a little maintenance you can feel happy with what you have been given? It may not make you a better person but you maybe a little easier on the eye of the beholder…

    Hi All,
The answers are all out there. I have said for the last ten years about facial exercise, not that I have kept it up all the time.
So you want to reduce wrinkles, sags and more.
Well you need to change your life style, No smoking, drinking and all those things some of you may like. Don’t want to? Can’t have both! I eat very little commercial processed food. I went organic [certified], meat oaccasionally.
I have 1-2 litres a day of organic raw veges, mainly in smoothies or juices.
Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Kale, Ginger raw, Tumeric raw, Sugarloaf cabbage, Apple,
    Raw sweet potato, Broccoli
Take within 15min of juicing to preserve vitamin C. Once I am used to it I hate most fast food everyone takes for granted. I will, a lot of the time also reintroduce the, to be discarded, pulp.
In the past I supported Life Extension products and still believe this to be true. But CoQ10 and other are now taken every 4-5 days as the body becomes more efficient. L-Arginine in large has been discontinued because of Telomeres. That is another story.
I am 58. So what is the differences between a 20yr old and a 60yr old. There are many who are 60 and look half their age. Suzanne Somers for example.
The body is sagging, energy is depleting, the bottom lip is dragging on the ground, facial cheeks drooping, …..
    Is this reversible?. Most definitely.
So for hormones and getting these to a normal level, I take bountiful breasts formula that coverts testosterone to estrogen. Tired? No way. Used to be.
I skip and jump over gutters when walking along the roadway. No groans in the joints. Estrogen is up, because there is more testosterone. Eyesight improves a lot. Skin clears up and looks fresher. Hair gets darker slowly. Weight falls of naturally. I am now ready to hit double digits weight soon at 200cms.
This is not vegetables alone. Don’t go to the health food place, pharmacy or supermarket. All supplement are heavily diluted, over looked by TGA and FDA.
I have also been studying, natural medicine at college. I was a preacher of alternative nutrition before. I lapped up the studies as I know most of it already and needed alsolutely no convincing.
One area is a grey area admittedly. I didn’t delve into it very much but having my eyes opened it is something very-very powerful. TCM. Traditional Chinese Medicine.
There are 10k herbs in TCM and there are 60 that are held in high regard. Please note the products need to be from a practitioner, not off the shelf. The TCA and FDA have got here hand in it as well. The drug companies don’t want you to know.
The area I would like to take you to is a particular astringent and adaptogen, in TCM. Binds the proteins. Tightens the body; skin, joints, stomach, liver, veins, heart and, and, and… In this case the face, the current topic.
Yes, exercise the face. Combine this with practitioner grade digestive enzymes like Vegegest, Digestaid and some others for much better and more complete nutrient intake support.
Then combine this with Black Haired Mr He, also known as Polygonia Multiflora, He Shou Wu. I take a Mediherb combo, PhytoRegenex with Ginseng, Ginko and more. Combine this with the above diet and everything changes. Slowly but positively. A face lift naturally
The choice is yours, current life style and the knife or new better looking tighter body and face, healthy all over.
