Hi Girls, I was shown something by my partner the other day. It is a thing called “lift n Slim”. It is from Danoz and is on their website. I have bought a pack of these garments and they are great for pulling in the bumps and giving you a bum.
It is like a hugging garmetn that goes from halfway between your knees and groin to just below the lower edge of your bra.It is quite tight but very comfortable and have had this one on for 6 hours now without strangling (anything) Pulls in and tucks it away, lifts the bottom out a little and gives a better hip definition. You get two garments, black & body tone for around $50 plus postage. Not sexy but for image purposes, quite good. has anyone else seen these?
    Have fun with hugs
    Sally

They are available from Priceline – I wondered what they were like – I was bit scared off by the price just to see if they were any good. Terri, WA

It’s actually called “Slim n Lift” according to the web site.

They look quite interesting, although I wouldn’t want them in black. I wonder if they’d do 2 skin tone for the same price. :?:

With the right padding underneath, these should hopefully work quite well. Only one way to find out. :)

The only problem that I can see is that, like a lot of body shaping underwear, you just about have to strip naked to go to the toilet. :(

Had a look in Priceline last night and it appears that they have the short version, which only comes up to the waist.

My main concern is finding something to shape between the waist and underbust, so I’ll probably visit the local Danoz Direct shop soon to see if I can get the full length ones.

    Hi Alice,

I actually have a pair longline control briefs which come up to the bra line but they don’t seem to cinch the waist all that well. You may have to go retro and invest in a corset.

I don’t want the restriction of movement that a corset or cincher gives. I don’t really need to pull the midriff in that much, anyway. :)

I bought a 2-pack (one skin and one black) of the full length “slim n lift” today and have briefly tried one with a couple of dresses and a couple of tops.

So far, the only issues that I’ve experienced are that the legs are longer than I’d like (about 3/4 of the way down to the knee) and that the top edge doesn’t stay put as well as I’d like. The edge tends to sit a couple of inches below the bra at the back but is okay at the front. It also tends to ripple a bit a couple of inches from the top when you bend at the waist.

The top part from the waist to underbust works very well to flatten the bulge that I have there and it creates a nice smooth line along the sides. :)
