If , like me , you don’t have a lot of money or not a great Consumer , you can use an electric toothbrush and a soft [used and sterilized] head as a dermabrasion device.
You can use a Dead Sea Mud soap . or Apricot kernal scrub etc. and need to be gentle but it does a good job. I have always had problem skin but do get compliments now , on my face skin.

If budget is a problem there are many ways. Maybe a fine sand can do the trick as well.
I do suggest that once you have microdermed the skin that you use the right nourishing creams so healing is at it’s best

Try pawpaw, mango etc after you have eaten the insides. Smear that over your the area treated.
Among all the other things I am up to, if I get short I will smear a thin layer of best fruit in reach on my face
I have also used Vitamin C, the same stuff you drink and applied that to my skin. Open pores with warm water before applying
    Some suggestions

PS. Plus you stink nice as well

    Hey ,
Speaking of dermabasion etc , Im looking to have a deep skin peel and wondered if anyone can reccomend a clinic here in NSW or a ‘home’ product that will actually cause skin to peel off .I have tried some “skin peels ” where no peeling, well VISIBLE peeling happened .It may well be that skin came off at a micro level with these products but I am looking for someone or something that will make a significant difference
    Any suggestions ?

Hi Suzzanne, At the beauty salon I go to I also made inquiries into the same and like you products for personal skin peels were available.
I also asked the same question and my conclusion on what I was told was much the same, on a micro level. A peel from the salon is a severe process from what I was told but the personal applications are less potent.
I am just sticking to microderm abrasion and apply it myself when I feel I need it, usually 3 to 4 day intervals.
I have also thought about laser resurfacing as well. Probably later on.

    Hey I agree
It seems my male skin is too tough to get a good peel out of a home product ! But I see little difference if at all .The strongest glycolic a cid I could get only hurt my face a bit then nothing came off – yet I see ads showing faces with skin literally peeling away then an improvement
Ok can yu reccomend any home products that work ?
