    Ive been away from tr for a while .One topic i cant find is any discussion about Co Ed schools that have a dress code of dress code of either sex or a combination of both being acceptable for all genders ie such as Newtown High has – has this succeeded or ?

    21 years ago at a P&C school meeting trying desperately to get shorts on to the girls uniform I also discovered that the uniform policy was gender equal. The headmaster said “Yes that is right.” I replied “That means either sex can wear the others uniform ” The rest of the meeting attendees replied, “They would be b////ldy game in this town.” My daughter stayed up till I got home very late to ask me did I get shorts on to the uniform. It took some doing but I got it there and that is a state public school..
