I do like the idea of “Crossdreamers” so count me in on that one, but if I had to document all my crossdreaming it would be a very very big journal.
The discussion on binary thinking vs liberal thinking is interesting and I liked the historical context. I did not find the podcast “Why do some transgender people identify so late?” so convincing. It was like the author was trying to come up with the theory to explain everything. I wonder whether we really need a theory to explain why a 50+ year old builder suddenly wants to dress, after all he would of had very strong feelings and put much thought to doing this prior to expressing this need and isn’t that enough?
I guess I am moving to a place where I am tired of binary vs liberal arguments because I fear the more the liberal argument tries to explain everything so it can legitimised its position all it does in reality is adds to the argument and this does not create acceptance. Acceptance is hard because it can be so difficult at a personal level let alone a social one.
Thanks again Caroline, I hope my comments are not out of place. I hope other TGRers have a look and explore this site for themselves, there is a lot of information there and some people have put in a lot of thought and work. It did get me thinking mmmm is that a good thing mmmm giggle.

Interesting article and has some good references. As always read a lot of different articles but in the end it is pretty much all opinion (however learned it sounds).
There is no manual for my head or anything written down that I have read that describes how I feel.
