TgR Wall Forums M2F Toolkit Passing Developing my voice

  • Developing my voice

Anybody out there know of a good method of developing a more feminine voice. I’m a little short of cash so a nice cost effective method would be great.

I pass quite well, but my voice is a dead give away every time, and on the phone it’s always assumed that I am a male.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

    Thanks
    Bobbie

    Bobbie,
Have a look here in the Wiki.

And if anyone has any new suggestions maybe it would probably be better to update the resource.

    Hi Bobbie,

I have had the same problem and am now attending speech therapy inBrisbane. It cost me $135 for the assessment which I claimed on Medibank Priv, the therapy costs about $70 per session. I am enjoying the sessions very much.
Thanks Bambi, I did not know about the live chats – interesting.
