Method to remove the make-up:

They have a product where i am getting my 5 o’clock shadow treated that is quite expensive at $90 but I was chatting about it with the girl at reception and said that all her girlfriends are using it!
Ok, so it is in the form of a mascara tube and you apply it each day. It builds up the growth of the eyelash to an amazing length.It lasts for approx 3 months so i guess $90 isn’t so bad compared to the price we pay for make up.
As our eyelashes replace themselves over time it requires continual use to keep the lashes at their best.
I have checked their website for details of this product but could not see it so I will check at my next appointment which is in three weeks and post the information.

There is another way to get nice eyelashes, but I’d hardly recommend it, the glaucoma control eye drops I’m on have a side effect of promoting eyelash growth & after a couple of years I now have really long, thick lashes & I often receive envious comments from lady friends

I think those drops are available under a trade name of Latisse in the US ( Script needed of course ) and it makes for long lashes BUT I gather the effect wears off if you stop using it . Sad !

Correct. Matisse is a product by Allergan who I contracted for last year. So I didn’t score employee free access to ‘samples’. The effects do indeed wear off, and it has its risks. Funny how all the girls in the office had lovely eyes!

Received mine and tried it today it actually does work. It is a bit messy when you blink and fibers go everywhere but it does lengthen and thicken them. Certainly not as good as false eyelashes but still pretty good

Yes Glenda it can get a little messy but the more you use it the easier it is to apply & less messier. Just remember to seal your lashes off with the gel after finishing with the fibers.
