I think it has taken over a few of my lesser activities, but my three favourite hobbies are still there and I am still keen to be involved. Dressing takes up a lot more time than it used to and I can see it taking a lot more time as I go down the road I have Happily chosen.

Well Caty I would have to agree, breast forms are replaceable and a wig dipped in salt water may not be of much use anymore so the fish gets netted first and then curse all the TG gods for allowing that boob to slip out. Fishing can be a little compatible with dressing as it is a perfect time to test out that new one piece bather that you may not have anywhere else to try. Anchored somewhere quiet and away from the crowded areas a quick change in the cabin and presto Glenda gets to swim in the ocean, breast forms attached but unwigged. Once that has been done and enjoyed there are so many good temporary hiding spots on a boat for our girly bathers till they dry.

    Good luck and good fishing

As I have retired essentially life is a hobby now. I have time to do as much or as little as I want to.

I dress as I feel is appropriate. If I’m in the garden or working in the garage then similar ‘rules’ to Caty’s fishing scenario apply – the right rig for the job. If I’m relaxing then I can wear something nice and ‘girly’ (as an aside, can one be ‘girly’ at almost 60? Would ‘womanly’ be better? Surely not ‘matronly’…)

Tg issues have thus just become another hobby to be indulged rather than replaced earlier ones.
