Very attractive, passed well too. She used to go shopping a lot at Chadstone while ‘frocked-up’, ‘en femme’, ‘Cinderella’d’, (take your pick). But although I believe she was an Australian girl she always greeted you with an ‘au chante’.

For Caroline, I went en femme en route to the Transformal Ball. I captured en passant the eyes of a gang of youths. From that moment on I was en guarde.

I feel some are sensitive about this when it was just meant to be fun :
I Dont like the term “Dressed ” as an alternate to en femme after all even “normal” males get dressed . ( I wonder if they think about the ambiguity of this ??}Have had a look at good old Rogets Thesaurus but havnt found any other suitable words in the language yet.. challenge now is to invent one perhaps?
Let the speculation , critique and comments continue by all means

It’s a lot of words I know but I’m either “slipping into something more comfortable” or in “girl mode”. Not the best description, I agree. Other than that I’m in my “Man Rags”. And I just love that description even if they are quite respectable man rags.

Deleted User05/09/2015 at 2:27 amI just noticed, in this thread we are discussing alternatives to ‘en femme’ some find it grating, in anther thread, ‘Driving En Femme’ there have been so many references to that very phrase. Made me chortle.
