Estrogen boosters
Posted by Anonymous on 18/05/2010 at 11:36 amI recently received an E-mail from a cross dressing company and they were advertising Estrogen booster at a greatly reduced rate. The cost was $19.99 for sixty tablets. I am tempted to order some, but I am a little sceptical about its effectiveness and whether it has a greater potential than other, prescribed hormones, to have adverse effects to health. Has anybody had any experience with this type of hormone, if so, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Guest18/05/2010 at 12:03 pmI would be skeptical, Naturally found in some foods is a form of stimulant which could also be sold as a form of hormone accelerate.
You could be buying a bottle of dehydrated cabbage.
My advice, dont bother with it. -

Guest19/05/2010 at 12:06 amI agree with Maddy. I don’t think that you would receive anything of notable quality Helen. Unless you can be absolutely sure of the quality of anything, I would not suggest wasting(?) money on it at all. Do some research and talk to a doctor etc. if you want and if you find a good answer then by all means please let us know.

Guest20/05/2010 at 12:33 amThanks everybody for your responses. I have previously used Fenugreek, Red Clover and other herbal exracts. I felt they had a slight effect however they were slow to act, maybe it was a placebo effect I am not too sure. However I will research these boosters and see whether they are herbally based.

Guest20/05/2010 at 2:51 amIf you’re considering hormones then it’s best to do it through the right channels, self prescribing and all those herbal/natural methods are far too risky.
I started off self prescribing because of the long process of going through the correct channels. I’m glad I decided to do it right because otherwise I wouldn’t of known I had hyperprolactinemia and anaemia.
HRT carries a lot of side effects and complications and are best avoided by taking the correct doses and monitoring your blood levels.
Most complications from HRT happen within the first year which is one of the reasons why doctors start you off on low doses to see how your body will react. Hormones should not be viewed flippantly, especially in the sense of considering unknown pills from a crossdressers website? But I can understand where you are coming from, I was no different before I started HRT, before the complications. What caused my hyperprolactinemia in not entirely known but everyone’s fingers went pointed at a herbal supplement I took for only a month, saw palmetto, which after research showed links to hyperprolactinemia.

Guest19/08/2010 at 2:51 amHi Everone I am back after my open heart surgery. I can praise God that I am still here
I have a lot of input over the next few weeks
http://www.life-enhancement.com/product.asp?SID=1&id=204
I have been using this product for a while. It is the most effective product to date. You can coast for a few weeks without taking it and still have notable estrogen.
Thyroplex is natural which is important to me.
Now the test. Here is a fact. Previously I have indicated that one cap of Thyroplex is as powerfull as 6mg of Estradiol from the chemist. Having taken both and have had blood tests on E2 for both 1 yr apart, I can say that one cap Thyroplex is aproximately equal to 6mg of Estradiol
I forgot the units but, Estradiol 240 Thyroplex 220
ALERT
BUT It is a product for the over 40’s
It is a multi-glandular support so a physician is extremely inportantJeorjette

Guest19/08/2010 at 2:44 pmHelen I’ve been thinking about this and since there’s been a recent post it’s really stirred my thoughts. What are you hoping to achieve with an estrogen booster anyway? My endo. said that I can raise the amount of Progynova that I’m taking but when quizzed as to what it will gain me he replied nothing extra but quicker results only.

Guest22/08/2010 at 7:18 amPeta,
Thanks for the reply. The idea was to enourage breast growth. I think they were herbal and contained Fenugreek and Red Clover. I am still thinking it over, but will probably not chase them any further.
