    Update 1/5/9
I took me a while to get my facial my excercizes going. I started aproximately in the beginning of April and do two or more 10 minute sessions daily as I drive. If the driver in the next lane looked across while I am pulling faces ;Hummm
There are many glossy pictures and statements of magic in 30 days for a wrinkle free face claims on the net. I suppose there is truth to it if your face is not to bad to start with. I gave facial excercizes a go as the princple sounded logical and no outlay. I had some deep troughs along the cheek/mouth line. With a positive outlook, I was not sure how much my deep unwanted facial lines would improve.
My mid program conclusion is that facial excercizes DO WORK very well indeed. My lines and jowels have improved 50%+ and people around me have noticed. Still some way to go though. I can positively see and feel I am getting there. See what happens in another month. I am confident that the results I am seeking, will be obtained.
And the beauty of it is, it does’t cost any money.
When I went to a beauty salon a while back. They placed a machine called a Sear over my face. [ not sure of the spelling ]. The cost for one treatment to tighten facial muscles was over $100 and many were needed. I had quite a few done but lost confidence as results were barely noticable and that is being kind to them. In comparison to facial excercized the treatment is a sick costly joke.
Also bye-bye skin tightening salons. Yes I had that done as well with minimal success. Facial excercises would leave skin tightening treatments at the starting line.
In general people are just not aware of the self help that is out there. They just need to seek, find and most importantly, apply
I can’t help thinking about the ad I saw on TV several times, advertising 2mm lifting of the skin. I find most people are so gullible in believing what they are told.

Costs nothing. Facial excercise is one of my best investments to stay away from any invasive surgical proceedure to alter the course of facial sagging. It take a while and even I let my guard down and miss 3-4 days now and then. I then look at the before and after and fire up again.
With a bit of comon sense anyone can make up effective excercises.

I do high tension to the full face or half face when driving with my hands cover the face or half face confirming the muscles I want to use. A quick tension, hold, slow release and relax with a 7 to 15 second duration. Similar to the comestic acupuncture device that is occasionally used.
I believe I would have to do this once a day when the program is completed but to get there I do the above 6 times a day

I fatty areas I do a quick tension release, 1 to 2 seconds until tired. Sometimes I use the same muscles as above but mostly it is horizonal muscles. I do this 8 to 12 times a day depending how I feel.

Excercise the body, sure. Excercise the face, not so different to the body, yep, it works. What about the eyes and brows. I have done a little with the brows and it seems to work and will continue to do so.
What about the eyes, those saggy eyes

Well here is a article from Dr Mercola
    Stats
Nearly 11.7 million cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures were performed in the United States in 2007, according to the latest statistics collected by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Cosmetic surgical procedures (including eyelid surgery, which was the third most popular type of cosmetic surgery) increased 8 percent between 2006 and 2007.
    The eyes
Numerous theories have been proposed seeking to explain what causes the baggy lower eyelids that come with aging. Now, researchers have determined that fat expansion in the eye socket is the primary culprit.

The study is the first to examine the anatomy of multiple subjects to determine what happens to the lower eyelid with age. It is also the first face-aging study that uses high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

The study looked at MRIs of 40 subjects (17 males and 23 females) between the ages of 12 and 80. The findings showed that the lower eyelid tissue increased with age, and that the largest contributor to this size increase was fat increase.

WHY NOT EXCERCISE THE EYES LIDS ? It is fat that we need to remove. I have been doing this for several weeks but a long way to go. I do it at the same time as the brow excercise. Hold the brow with your fingers and tense the eye area as well as the brow. Do until you feel you have had enough. I would suggest to do this 6 times a day perhaps. Don’t do this one when driving yuk yuk

Nothing to loose and if it works for you, you save heaps. Probably save with make up as well.

Facial excercises can take you a long long way to a younger face and it is easier to feminise a younger looking face than a older face and then you can wear clothing that the younger female wears and not look out of sync.
