    Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone out there had started an excersise plan that is targeted to help feminise the body. Targeting the waist, hips, thighs and bum.? I know that body forms and a corset are our best friends but is it possible through excersise to achieve that more feminine shape? I guess my question is, has anyone done it and how where the results?

    Hi Nikki.

    While I don’t know how effective it has been (if at all), when I go to my local gym, I usually always use the machine that supposedly targets the bum to try and add a bit of shape.

    Nicki, when I go out I try to use the ‘lazy walk’ hip motion.

    I’ve also resolved to do some neighbourhood walking in low heels, but haven’t had the opportunity yet.

    Love this post- I have grappled with this question too. I try and find fitness instructions from women when I can and dancing where possible. I love to run. Would love to hear about what you find out on your journeys!
