hip and bum pads
Posted by Melissa_Mills on 03/04/2018 at 7:48 amHello one and all
Forgive me if this has been asked many times before but do other members of this site use any hip or bum pads when presenting as female? I haven’t for years and have been looking recently at making my own hip pads having seen various “how to” videos online and was wondering what others have used like their own pads or (to use the american term) “padded panties”
I guess it’s with a view to wearing specific items like pencil skirts or maybe leggings to improve my presentationDeleted User replied 3 years, 7 months ago 7 Members · 15 Replies -

I’ve been using hip and bum padding for quite a few years. Being tallish and having moderately wide shoulders I wanted to create a definite feminine shape. I made my own from foam rubber which I acquired at Clarke’s Rubber.
After various episodes of trial and error I came across a pretty decent video on You Tube. This particular style is for Drag, lots of panti-hose etc. But it can be easily adapted for our use.

Hi Melissa
Although it is a manufactured solution, the Lingerie store in Katoomba called AbraKadaBras was selling a very comfortable padded panty to a number of the girls at TF last year. They were available in skin tone and also in black. Happy to supply further details and images if required. They were not very expensive and the lady who runs the store is very accommodating to our particular needs. I have not figured out how to attach an image on to the “reply” function as yet otherwise I would post it with this message.

thankyou for your responses.
For those that make their own pads out of foam, how do you hold them in place? pantyhose or tights? Or do you use longer leg underwear etc?Melissa

http://www.bestandless.com.au/Womens-Clothing/Underwear-%26-Lingerie/Shapewear/Shapewear-Leggings/SEAMFREE-LONGLEG-SHAPING-BRIEF-WOMENS/p/286407You could also make smaller pads and just place them them against the skin to be secured by the panties and obviously this wouldn’t work with the skimpier style. I also used to wear two pair and inserted the padding in between.
I hope this helps.

Thanks Claire
Have passed on this and other alternatives to Stephanie.

How much padding is required to get an accurate approximation of female hips? 1 inch per side? 2?

She still has some stock left of the padded panty that Marian refers to. So any girls coming to Transformal can pop into the shop and purchase with the option of actually trying them on first! Like last year AbraKadaBras will be having a private shop opening just for Transformal girls on Sunday from 10:30 to 2:30.

Hi Nikki,
Tanya at the Breast Form Store https://thebreastformstore.com.au/ and Sherrin at Lady Bits https://lady-bits.com.au/ are good people to talk to. They have been helping us girls for ages. I got mine from Tanya.
Cheers,

Do you know any shops in Sydney? I don’t buy online and haven’t had chance to organise a trip to Breast Form.

Sorry Nikki, I don’t know any Sydney places. Others may. It won’t be long and you’ll be out of lockdown and can make the trip to Tanya’s. P x
