Hi Christine, it did in a way….you had to refind everything again…all the nerves had to reconnect with some pretty amazing sensations….a bit like an electric current flowing sometimes….but the orgasm ‘type’ I had post op was similar to that developed preop….except much more intense….and centred in the same place. About where my vagina is now. My breasts are now almost over sensitive and they were pretty sensitive preop. The whole of body thing still applies.
And interestingly although I have always been very tactile I lost most of any ‘visual excitement’ I had soon after taking hormones with my responses now almost 100% tactile. Post op I have regained a bit of visual stimulation but it has changed too (less intense and a more emotional response to the situation rather than just focussing on an image).
Shells, yes several women have told me their male partners enjoy stimulation there but it went beyond just stimulation…….more OMG folowed by a series of very intense orgasms…….it really was ‘what the….’ the first time it happened….I was shocked!

It is a funny thing that the spot you are referring to is well known in Tai chi and other martial arts as a good place to attack in men and women and there are several kicks designed to hit it, not just the testicles. I think the result is intended to be the opposite of orgasm though!
