How about a web cam enabled chat room?
I’m interested to know how many girls who use the chat room also have a web cam, and would be interested in having links to web cam pictures set up on the site? TgR has plenty of spare bandwidth at the moment and we could afford to share webcam pictures provided that there is enough interest shown.

I think it would be a great idea, I have a web camera and often chat to others in Yahoo Messenger.

The web cam feature exists for Premier members – but at the moment most girls seem to use it just to post individual pictures from a digital camera. Whilst I have the bandwidth to display web cam feeds, it seems that few girls have the technical skills to interface their web cams to a web site . Sadly it isn’t as wimple as switch on web cam and images appear on web site. But if any girl wishes to persevere then I’m willing to help them make it work. -
this is a great idea, lol back in 2005. I guess its not going to happen now though.

I love the idea of a web cam in the chat room. I use my cam with Skype and sites such as jmeeting and would look forward to cam chatting with other girls.

Yep it was a “great” idea… and it was implemented back in 2005 or so.
Turned out no one used the feature…
Why.. you can guess… but I expect many girls weren’t planning to look their best when they used the chat room.
I doubt much has changed, and given the significant cost and complexity of video chat, the chance of me putting it back is virtually zero.After all I have enough issues ensuring that the TR bandwidth isn’t hijacked in the text chat room – just think of the problem enforcing some standards of decency on video chat.
Luckily there are plenty of better video chat rooms for those who feel the need to exhibit themselves in a virtual environment.
And for now the chat room will just have the still photos to remind everyone that in life we are real people! -

& warts & all . no probs here . now if ….only …i knew how to use it ,
i would . i have used it to take a pic of my self & tryed to send it over to wales to one of my friends im sure it got there .
Now any thing other than that i have no idear at all ,
You know, people say oh …its so easy to use. ya right . a bit like our camara s , lovely takeing pics , still dont know how to use the ummm settings thing e & the manual still does not make sence , elcictronic gear & me , dont mix .
