Hi Ladies
Just wondered if any of you wonderful ladies are taking part in Mardi Gras this year?
I was in the parade last year and it was a wonderful and enlightening experience (not in the parade as Tanya though). I have a place with TPA this year although I might not be able to make it due to work commitments which will be a blow if it comes to pass. Fingers crossed I will make it though!

Met the organisers recently – they’re great; so have signed up
Note to self – 6 weeks to get into shape for non-stop dancing up/ sideways L/ down/ sideways R/ etc. all along Oxford St and beyond. -
I will be there again this year as I was last riding up the front with Dykes on Bikes. I have been asked to be a ride leader this year so will be much fun.

It went so quickly last year and I couldn’t quite believe it when we got to the end. Non stop dancing and I didn’t even flinch when the SBS crew had the camera in my face! Took me days to come down from the high and I can see why performers struggle to relax after shows.
