Well the obvious thing is to wear waterproof mascara lol. You may need to consider if the eye watering is simply due to hayfever or if you are wearing something that is irritating to you. And not just the mascara, consider all your eye makup.

Also, check the age of your Mascara. It has a use-by date so be careful of its age.
