    Friday 27th. May. ABC2 at 9.30 pm There was a doco on ABC 2. Miss Transgender UK. It is still available for viewing on ABC iView.
    It was interesting. As well as revealing the aims and needs of the contestants it also showed the sad, occasionally appalling, backgrounds some had been through to gain acceptance.
    The politics was fascinating too.

    The program is also repeated tonight (Sunday) at 10.58pm on ABC2
