As a part timer I find that I can arrive home from work late, want to dress a bit and feel feminine.
Clothes and hair are no problem but a quick splash of makeup can still be a little time consuming. This has led me to a quick routine which works for me but also made me think about what things have the greatest effect. For me, if I could only use one thing, it would be eyeliner, until that goes on I feel like a bloke in a wig but it goes a long way to taking the mascvulinity out of my face.

If you had to rely on one item of makeup to make the difference, what would you choose?

I would have to say Lipstick because it’s the only item of make up that I can “feel”. If you don’t look in the mirror then you can’t see other forms of make up but you can “taste” listick especialy if you use gloss

    Hi ,

For me if i dont have any make up on im not bothered really as i do go out with out most days nothing ,
When i walk down the road to the shops ill have my perfume lippy & eye brow liner only because i burnt my eye brows when i was 5 so basicly i have none on my right side.
Ill use a face powder if its a night out or what ever other than a little eye shadow not a lot my skin is a olive colour so its okay & time 10 mins

im 63 & have good skin & in summer i do sweat a bit so now i wont bother to much . more like just lippy. Any way like others know , im to well known & accepted & most people i say hi to are okay as well .

I guess for me it’s also lipstick. I love the difference a soft pink or a racy deep red can make to my look. I guess I’d like a good foundation or concealer to hide my manly stuff as well, but I’ll worry about that if I ever get the nerve to leave the house en femme.
