New T-Girl Venue Possibility _ Expressions of Interest
Hi Everyone,
I rarely post on this site, but recently I wa sinspired by the discovery of a Nightclub/venue called Candy Girls Club in London where T-girls, Crossdressers, TGs, Trans of all types could all go without the worry of judgement. This gave me an idea. I have always been looking for somewhere to go that isn’t Fetish orientated. I still go to these places and will put them up here as other places to go shortly, but for now I am interested to hear from others that if I were to set up such a venue, would you go? What would you like to see as entertainment (Drag show, Jazz band, unique artistic performances), Music (I know many people are not fans of “doof doof” music), atmosphere.
The location will be th eBlue Velvet bar in Collingwood. I have already discussed it with management and they are all for it. There would be a small entry fee of just $10.00. It will be once a month and the first Saturday or each month. Business and companies that can help t-girls with photos, make up, footwear, clthing etc can have small stands to promote their product is selected spots. Naturally a stage for entertainment.
A change room will be provided for those who wish to change at the venue.
Starting out can always be a bit hairy and knowing where you can go where people are not judgemental or can even help you take that next step I think would be really good.
So here before this all goes ahead as I will be posting this in a few places, I’d like to know what you’d like to see, have and most importantly, would you go?

Trust London to come up with a great club for girls to go too, but to see one of Australia would be brilliant. A club that would help you sounds like a dream come true, a chance to get make-up and other advice from other girls would also be a dream come true.
I can see how a city like London would be able to run such fabulous club with its wide diversity of people living there a club like that would make money.
Now would I go, the answer is YES. How often would I go that depends on how much time I can get away from my other life. I can see by the posting that it has been some months since this idea was started. I do hope that the idea of it transgender club has started in Victoria and I hope that it is doing well. I guess we all should try to support local girls with good local ideas to help ourselves.
Unfortunately for me I live in New South Wales but if I was to go to Collingwood and the club was open I would certainly drop in.
