Recently I had to visit a new GP. He turned out by wonderful coincidence to also be a psychologist with experience with TG people. As well as being someone to unburden myself to he taught me how to do “Zen breathing”. He explained the physiological process behind how it works and I have found it a wonderful way to de-stress. When I’m doing it I also say a mantra or two telling myself who and what I am. Typically something like, “I am Felicity, I am a woman”, or I imagine each breath in I’m drawing in the female, and every breath out is expelling the male.

Now I haven’t sprouted DD boobs overnight and my beard hasn’t disappeared but I feel more assured about my femininity after doing it. Does nayone else meditate or do something similar?

    Hi Felicity

Great to hear that this is working for you and even better to hear it promoted by a mainstream medical practitioner. This sort of practice is present in lots of other forms and names. Positive thinking, believe and conceive, conscious co-creation are just some other names for the same thing. Meditation can be beneficial for anyone and is not as ‘mystical’ or ‘out there’ as people think.

Hope you continue to explore and enjoy! (If however you stumble on a way to grow boobies by thinking of them please let us all know)

    Hugs
    Chrissy

I did a course years ago about affirmations and visualising. I followed its directions to lose weight and it worked just by being positive and visualising what I wanted to be.

The mind is a very powerful thing and if the mind believes, then the body will follow. I have no doubt that if you can believe and the mind works in that direction, then it’ll happen.

I hope everything works, belief is a very powerful thing

I do meditate when I can but been so busy as of late its always do it when you can not when you like.

It is truth when mind and body work as one you can feel better and thats the trick in this life, but to often stress seems to find you not the otherway around.

Felicity keep up with you mantra and I hope you do find inner peace with yourself. Besides all the things that take place when you become a woman some times being on your own is more important in finding answer as a 1000 of us here trying to explain how it can be done.

The path to finding your own soul light is never an easy one.
