Guest13/03/2013 at 12:04 amYes the jury is still out on herbal breast enlargement .I have been taking purearea mirifica 600mg three times a day along with red clover saw palmetto and fenugreek for around 6 months changes have occurred in an increase of around 1 in increase in my hips and bum breasts have grown at very least fill an a cup and have been quite tender around nipple area of late ,skin is softer, and overall feel better in some way it’s hard to explain. As for growing a pair of big girlie c cups only time will tell but im not holding out any hope keep you posted.
Another site worth a look is ainterol forums before after pics shows some promising results whether its a sales pitch from ainterol or not worth a look.

Guest23/04/2013 at 5:36 pmSo nobody else had any positive results usung herbals ? Just to set the record straight I don’t deal in b s life is too short I am not selling the stuff or trying to push it on others im just sharing an honest account of my results, im not doubting conventional hrt is far more effective and I alone have chosen to use a herbal method that HAS gotten me a little closer to who I aspire to be .
Thanks for the rubbish feedback Scylla -
I’ve not tried purearea mirifica which is why I haven’t added to this thread before. Until about a month ago I was using fenugreek at the suggested dosage for about three months. I didn’t think it made much of a difference until I saw a recent photo of me topless (in male mode) and I realised that I certainly have ‘man-boobs’ now. How much is as a result of the fenugreek and how much is a bit of extra ‘winter storage’ I’m not sure but I’m happy enough with what I see. Now I can just wear a bra with chicken fillets and still have a nice enough shape.

Pueraria Mirifica? Does your post address the subject of this thread? The answer should perhaps have been no? Fenugreek and purearea mirifica are not the same?
A simple search for Fenugreek shows there are postings already in this thread and others…http://forum.tgr.net.au/cms/forum/F122/154-54&highlight=fenugreek

Hi Scylia,
Yes. I have had a good result in the use of PM. I did use it in conjunction with another herbal I cannot comment on here, in order to comply with the TOS for this thread.
Some 3 or 4 years ago I used PM for approx 6 months and achieved a large ‘A’ cup. I am now a ‘C’ cup due to other medication, the rest is history, both of which cannot be discussed in this thread to comply with the TOS.
If you’d like to hear the rest of my story, I’ll find the necessary threads that comply with the subject material and link between them.
But, yes; in my case, PM DID work.

It could be the other herb had the effect – and not PM… if you don’t say then aren’t you potentially misleading us?
Or is the opportunity to have a dig at moderation too strong to resist?I find the petty side-sniping at keeping topics on-topic quite pathetic to read. These forums were set up with the intent of collecting useful information, and unless we pay an army of sub-editors to clean everything up that means the posters (yes you) have some responsibility to the site.
We are all adults, we all can understand what the original poster wanted to know (the on-topic-stuff). And for those who find the idea of creating a structured resource for the benefit of those who follow us too restrictive on their creative outpouring there is all of the unmoderated forums to play in, not to mention plenty of other on-line forums.
I rarely provide poor evaluation of posts – but the tone of this post makes me feel it is a thinly veiled attack on moderation (and so me) and so I should vote.

Guest02/10/2015 at 1:07 pmHi ladies,
Shortly after the last post on this topic, I purchased some PM and decided to give it a try. I started with an absolutely flat torso. Whilst I initially started at the full recommended dose and stopped drinking alcohol and coffee, it became to hard to go cold turkey on the caffeine. Within about 5 weeks I had increased around 2cm in total circumference of my chest. I then reduced the dosage to half and continued on and off for another month until I purged it. The maximum increase was about 6cm in circumference. I stopped as I didn’t want it to be noticeable at work, however 2 yrs on and they are still the same size. So much so, I am thinking about having another go with PM.
Whilst I didn’t tell my doctor I was taking it last time, I will probably discuss it before starting this time.
Just like Vicki asked in 2012, how have others found getting it, problems and breast growth?

I’ve just finished trying Pueraria Mirifica over the last 10 months, ordered 6 months supply from Purafem, wouldn’t recommend them at all, turned out to be 3 months worth as their dosage is based on 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off during menstruation, also very slow delivery & lousy communication, had to threaten them with starting a Paypal dispute to even get a reply to my questions. the next lot I got from Biovea, much cheaper & fairly quick delivery.
Long story short, I started with A cup man boobs & that’s what I’ve still got, didn’t make a measurable difference, though they do feel a little heavier, that could be imagination or I’m just getting fatter. -
Hi All,
Have been using Purafem (Try Google) for three years, with good results.
Too bad I didn’t think about taking measurements before I started.28 Sep 2015
Inches cmHips 47 119
Waist 46 117
Under Bust 45 114
Bust 49 124
Above Bust 47 119US/UK 50B
AUS/NZ 28B
EU/JAP 115B
B/E/S/P 130BThis is deceptive. If I wear a 50B bra, the cups are not full.
On the other hand, if I wear a size 42 nursing bra, with a bra extender, they fill the cups nicely.
The increase is obvious when I am not wearing a shirt, and I can feel structure growing inside the breasts.
Customs have not shown any interest. This could be because Pueraria Mirifica is a general tonic.
If you are getting no results with any particular product, try something else.
Good Luck,

Guest30/10/2016 at 3:00 amHi ladies
A question on dosage if I may please.
I see some capsules are 100mg and some are 500mg of PM. Seems to be a big jump??
Without necessarily mentioning brands, what strength did you take? Please be assured I am not asking you to advise me – just want to get some feedback on your experiences.
Thanks & hugs – Bree -
Hi All,
My last post on this subject was just over a year ago.
Since then, have been using Biovea brand Pueraria Mirifica, dose: 500mg capsules, four a day. Results 30 Oct 2016: Over bust 45″ 114cm
Bust 49″ 124cm
Under bust 45″ 114cm
Waist 45″ 114cm
Hips 46″ 117cmWhilst this does not look like growth, the waist and hips are slimmer whilst the bust measurement is the same. i.e.they stick out more. (Am I kidding myself?)
Will keep with it for another year but add in Purafem cream and serum. Was using a dose of two 500mg capsules a day till about six months ago, Then I increased the dose of 500mg capsules to four a day.
There was an increase in growth about a month later. All the Best,
Rob

Guest31/10/2016 at 10:22 pmHi Robin
Thanks heaps for that. I am doing 3x100mg Fenugreek daily (a little change – I think).
I am thinking of the PM when my current supply runs out and had been looking at the Biovea caps,
Thanks again – Bree -
Hi Bree, I took 2 x 500mg capsules per day from Biovea for 9 months last year with no noticeable result, had previously tried Purafems cream & serum, again with no results, purafem were also very hard to deal with, I had to threaten them with a Paypal dispute to get them to reply to me & that wasn’t very satisfactory

Bree wrote:Hi ladies
A question on dosage if I may please.I’ve never specifically taken PM, though in my past I’ve taken plenty of expensive herbal concoctions that seemed to have more side effects than the desired outcome.
So let me comment on the gamble others take with their health. The optimum dose for PM is widely stated on the internet at about 600-800mg / da y. (for example this site). All the data (what they call studies) appears to be based on genetic females, and so any recommendation of a safe dose is presumably also for females. The vendors of PM point out that genetic males have fewer estrogen receptors and so the product may not work as well. Certainly the reports in this forum indicate it doesn’t have an effect on everyone.
There appears to be many people significantly overdosing and I do question if they have thought seriously about what they might be doing to their body. If you want a greater effect you probably need to take an anti-androgen (this is a component of all medically prescribed HRT). Overdosing on PM is not an alternative to anti-androgen therapy. A higher dose won’t create any more estrogen receptors as far as I know.
Worse still there is no data about what short and long term harm you may be doing to your body by ingesting large quantities of PM. Without a GP monitoring your kidney and liver function you are exposed to developing very serious and possibly life threatening illness. I can’t image that any responsible GP would support taking PM so you are completely on your own health-wise.
If that wasn’t bad enough – PM isn’t exactly cheap. At 1000mg per day the herb will set you back about $4.40 a week. Overdosing at 4 x 500mg per day is going to cost you more than the cost of medically supervised HRT (which would give you much better known health outcomes – and probably far more breast growth).
Of course we all have to make a call about how we resolve any issues we have between our desired body image, need for fertility, and the depth of the bank balance. But poisoning yourself and making the “dietary supplement” vendors rich in the process seems to be a poor choice to me.
