    Hello girls,
I would like to share with you a thought that I have only recently discovered. That is, in order to make the most of your shower time and to promote beautiful skin, it is essential that you follow a exfoliating regime during every shower. You will be amazed by the warm and glowing feeling that this will give to the body, as well as promoting softness and when done properly at length for an extended period.
Purchase an exfoliating glove from the beauty shop and when next showering, add a few drops of body wash or shampoo to lubricate the pad, then start with a circular motion, paying attention to the knees, inner thighs and buttocks, if you are lucky enough to have an endless supply of hot water (as I do) , then you can stay in there all the dang day, scrubbing away! But It’s not much fun if you have to do it with cold water, So make sure you beat the family to the bathroom!
A shower brush also will do the part of your back that you can’t reach, and complete the feeling. You will be suprised how much dead skin is removed this way, and a feeling of euphoria will benefit and contribute to a more lovellier you!
When out and towelling off, make sure your body is completely dry before a light talc and a dab of hand cream rubbed well into the knees and elbows.

For a very bracing, out in nature, Zen monk sort of a feeling, a rub down with salt is a good experience. Use fine salt in preference to rock salt ! Oh, and mind those wounds!

hey christina – why stop there? something even further than a zen salt rub is a good old fashioned flogging. yep, bring out the whips and chains. gets the skin glowing all right, although this is all theory – don’t know anything about it, myself …

    Another tip.

Beware of hot baths, if it is too hot you can quite esily pass out if you stand up. Happened to me in ’75. Fell out of the bath, hit my head on something, but no damage. The bath temp was ok to get into but after being there a while I added more hot water so that I was almost rosy red. Stood up to look out the window and blacked out straight away.
There is a product called Electric Soda which is excellent for relaxation, gives a warm glowing feel that will spark you up no end. It is a great precurser prior to dressing up.

Whips and chains….. Hmmmm. After the bath maybe. Heck, ya only get clean to get dirty…. Well, doncha??
