Specific transgender exercise
Posted by Anonymous on 02/07/2010 at 12:44 pmNot that I’ve tried it but I believe pilates is worth a try. Good for toning the body without bulking up.

As the video also mentions 30mins of cardio-vascular exercise 3 times a week & diet is very important because you have to reduce the calories. For the cardio exercise I use an aerobic type dance routine that gets my heart rate right up, as well as I have changed my eating habits a fair bit where I am eating less meat & more cereals, vegies & salad, not in 3 big meals, but more like about 5 snack sized meals spread out over the course of the day. I am just eat a little bit at a time & only when I feel hungry and stop eating as soon as I feel the hunger has gone.
