Claire and Rosalind, fantastic and thanks for being honest and vulnerable with the readers.
The negatives must have hurt you as it also impacted on me while reading them, take heart that there were many positives and that is far better than a decade ago. The journey of a thousand miles miles starts ….. etc.
One thing I have learnt is that sometimes the criticism comes from insecurity in a persons own mind or upbringing. Parents pass on fears to “protect” their children and reinforce their own failing position.

I just welcome the day when a gender diverse person is selected for an interview topic about anything else than just the fact they are a gender diverse person.
The Gay community is very seldom interviewed just because they are gay…anymore. Lets hope with greater education the Gender Diverse community will have a similar outcome soon.
