Hi all , just thought i would ask if anyone knows any little trick about keeping your wig on while swimming other than clips of coarse .
Im not blessed with a lovely head of hair and what i do have is thin so is there any trick anyone knows to help keep my wig on when swimming , i would hate to be floundering about and have my wig come off
Any helpful ideas would be great thanks.

    Hi Petra,

Have you considered wearing a swimming cap? Most wigs are not designed for swimming, so I hate to think of you ruining your wig. Apart from that, maybe a waterproof adhesive, though I would advise extreme caution using such on your head,

Years ago my wife threw all Carol’s stuff in the swimming pool. My favourite wig never really recovered so I would never take my new wig swimming unless I could guarantee to keep my head above water.

Thanks Julia & Carol for that , may rethink this , i was going to use an old wig anyway but i need it for a weekend and if it falls apart im in trouble , so may just wade in the water and not worry about swimming as such … girls do that anyway right ??
I would not take my good wig in so looks like i know now what i have to do .
Thanks i did think it was going to be difficult but thanks anyway
