Another thought provoking talk from TED.
Whilst it is triggered by hiding sexual variance perhaps the talk has strong parallels to our community. The decision to keep your gender identity hidden may have personal, professional and societal consequences.

‘There are more scary things inside than outside’. So true. A wonderfully expressed story that encompasses so much. Thanks Adrian. for finding and sharing this.
