Just found this forum and it reminded me of a time when the IT Manager at the gaol was tearing his hair out over a phone call from one of the counselors there. He asked me to go and check her computer in case he went and attacked her instead. When I got to her office I looked at the computer on the desk, had a look at the cables under the desk, plugged in the power lead and it worked fine. Don’t what all the fuss was about.

get them to press F10 key mmmmm it was F then 1 then 0 … it does not work…. took me a while to work that one out over a phone.
