Guest12/01/2011 at 8:09 pmA nice read Julie, I can totally sympathise with Marcelle and her hassles. Medicare and their reasoning is exactly the same, I can’t even have the title of “Ms” because I am pre-op and it’s a shame that the government won’t allow otherwise. Travelling overseas is a totally different ball game as opposed to domestic travel and this article highlights that, it also highlights the fact that sometimes you just have to “go it alone” in order to make your life work too. Marcelle is doing just that while talking to the Passport Office to try and improve her situation.
