I was at an opshop today and decided to look at some of the dresses that they had. I was looking at a nice formal dress when one of the staff members had the following exchange with me
    (m) is what I said
    (s) is what the staff member said

    (s) anything I can help you with?
    (m) no thanks, I’m fine
    (s) Are you sure?
    (m) yes, thanks
(s-after a bit of a pause)-You wouldnt be allan would you?
(m)You’re right, I wouldnt be (I’m not, but even if I was I wouldnt have said yes)

    And I walked off.

I guess Allan, whoever he is, must have quite a reputation there

Bloody Allen, he does get around that one!!! I had one like that recently . One of the shopowners in the main street said to me ” there was a crossdresser walking up and down the street the other night , do you know him?”
We are not a large part of the Community but I don’t know ever TG person in the world. I thought I was ” the only drag queen in the village!!”

you may have miss heard him and he asked ” were you an alien ” as im sure aliens who have studied our world may not understand the diversity in male and female genders and what needs to be worn in public…. just an idea but i could be wrong !!

Some clever graohic artist could make a clever puzzle game

Where’s Allen? – would sure be preferable to looking for some malnourished bespectacled young man in a red & white striped polo-top.

Each new puzzle could have a change of frock. Just look for the woman with the stubble or prominent adams apple. Oops.

    Hi Mel,

I wonder if that’s just a generic name they use in that shop for all guys looking at the girly gear 😉
