Wigs – real hair vs synthetic

Dear Lori,
Go and see Anna at Bonnies Wigs in the Adelaide Arcade, she is wonderful, sympathetic and most helpful. I was there last week, whilst visiting Adelaide and bought my second “good” wig from here ( they have a private back room for comfort and discretion. I also have a cheap one, and know what you mean about brushing it 😆

I couldnt agree more with what Bernice says..I have gone to Anna at Bonnie Wigs for a long time and she’s great.
If you are nervous about approaching them please get in contact and I’ll help you organise it or even go in with you. I’m about due for a new look anyhow.

I’m very much a fan of quailty synthetic wigs simply because they are low maintenance. Unless you treat them very badly they hold their shape and style. But then I tend towards shorter length simple styles

I only ever had one human hair wig and it all seems like too much work. I know their are some girls who like setting their hair with the curlers in etc. but I like things simple.

Unless you are an expert hairdresser I doubt you could tell the difference between good synthetic and human hair.

I have used Celebrity Wigs a number of times and I like their range of styles and the quality. They often have specials on their wigs.
