I was wondering if anyone has had success using herbal tablets to increase bust size. There are lots of companies like Herbal Gro Bust claiming great things but has anyone had any success.

Essentially the only herbs that you actually need to cause gynecomastia (cause a slight hormone imbalance to grow breast tissue as a male) are fennel, fenugreek and saw palmetto. L-Tyrosine is also beneficial but is rarely in any of the “bust growth” pills that you can buy. Most such pills contain some herbs not useful (possibly unhealthy) for males. Some are listed near the bottom of that web page.

Saw Palmetto is also recommended for prostate health and is often contained in men’s vitamin pills. I am currently taking a men’s vitamin supplement that contains Saw Palmetto and L-Tyrosine. The one I’m using is Natural Nutrition men’s multi.

I recently restarted herbal tea. I use 2 rounded teaspoons of fenugreek and one rounded teaspoon of fennel in a coffee plunger. Add boiling water (I use about 500ml) and let it sit for a while. Pour into a cup and drink. I have this twice per day. The flavour weakens as it cools!

After about a month, the breast size measurement hasn’t increased much, but there is a distinctly rounded section centred around the nipple, which looks a bit like stage 3 breast development on a girl, as shown here:

    http://www.youngwomenshealth.org/menstrual1.html

The fennel and fenugreek teas are available from health food shops. The Colonial Farms brand that I get costs $3.00 for the fenugreek and $2.70 for the fennel, and these last a couple of weeks or so. Much better value for money than “bust growth” pills. :D

Remember that it takes girls a few years to grow breasts. You have to expect the same! ❗

Most fashion shops and cheap shops like crazy clarks sell these silicon breast enchancers fo around $20 to $25. They are thin silicon gel cups that stick to your skin. There is a clip which joins them in the middle of the breasts. You need some breasts to start with to get a cleavage.
They are ideal for filling an A cup bra if you lke them small.
For the price buy 2 sets and stick them on top of each other.

These “gel bras” come in cup sizes from A to D.

Out of curiosity, I bought a pair of A cups a few months ago.

Last night, I tried using them to pull some clevage up like a diva. It worked. I placed them quite wide, such that I got a pair of slight creases in the clevage when I did up the buckle. I also found that they worked best upside down and swapped left to right, angled down at the middle and placed very low on the bust.

I then put my normal C-cup amoena forms over them and, after a bit of fiddling, got them sitting just right. I then put on a top that I’d used before just with the breast forms and took some photos. The difference was quite remarkable!

The photos are now in a private album called “cleavage” attached to my profile. You need to be a trannyradio member to see that. I’m hoping to eventually put together a web site but don’t hold your breath waiting!

After wearing the combination for a couple of hours, I found no discomfort at all, and the only concern I’d have is the long term ability of the gel bra to stay stuck. When I took the whole lot off then had a shower, the marks were all gone by the time I got out of the shower. :)

Of course, making custom made forms that include the pull-up function and are shaped to blend into the skin rolls formed where the skin is pulled up would be ideal but I can’t see it happening. :(

I really dont think you will get much responce Alice & thats not being disrespectful & i hope i’m wrong but your even lucky to talk to someone here (there are a few that take the time to do that) besides taking pics of them

Since I’ve been on tranny radio, I’ve had emails from about 30 girls in my local area.

One of the things that worries me about a lot of girls who email me is that, for some reason, they seem to think that dressing in private is going to be some sort of sexual encounter. When they realise that I’m not interested in that, interest in contact appears to disappear.

Of those that have emailed me who don’t have a picture on the web site, most are not “out” enough to go out somewhere to have photos taken. I suspect that your offer to take pictures in a public place may well attract less interest than my offer of potography in private.

Some girls believe that they are not “passable” enough to put a photo on the web site.

I would be quite happy to help someone with makeup, etc. if I can arrange the time to do it. If I got just one local girl to have regular contact with me and I got to take a photo that meant that she went from no photo on the web site to having the photo I took on there, I’d be quite happy.

Some girls are too frightened of recognition by people who don’t know about their crossdressing. On the whole, they’re completely wrong. Aside from that, someone has to be looking at the web site before they’ll find your photo!

💡 Some of us simply do not have the equipment to be able to achieve doing that yet. It is hard enough finding girls to talk to, no photos is going to make it an even quiter world :?:

Perhaps those of us with digital cameras should put up our hands to say that if any girls in our local area want to get some photos taken, we can help.

I’ll go first. I am in the Newcastle area and have access to digital cameras.

I also have a limited amount of space including a room where a girl can change in private and a spot where i can set up a plain calico (off white cloth) backdrop and put a camera on a tripod to take portrait style photos. If you have a different backdrop such as a sheet or quilt cover, it would be quite possible to pin it over the calico.

I may also be able visit other girls at their place to take photos. Note that I am not offering to take intimate photos and am not sexually interested in anybody except my wife, so don’t go getting any funny ideas. ❗

For post-hair removal treatments, there’s a little product my Beautician put me onto. Going by the name “Bikini Saver +” it’s fantastic at what it does however the price isn’t the cheapest around. It normally sells for around $35 for a 0.5 oz (14.2gms) tub and should be avaliable through your local beautician. It contains an Anit-inflamitory, Antiseptic, Emollients, Exfoliant, Humectants and Tea Tree Oil and is targeted at ingrown hairs, razor bumps and wax rash.

I used to use bikini saver. Yes, it does work okay.

After using bikini saver for a couple of years, I went to my beautician and was told that they’d found out that Savlon did a better job with less risk of adverse skin reactions and a lot cheaper and consequently don’t stock the bikini saver any more. Apparently one of their regulars who had always had problems with ingrown hairs (and I think that they said that she reacted to tea-tree oil) went to England for several months and came back with absolutely no spots, bumps, etc. because she found out about Savlon while she was over there.

Aside from the slight ointment smell, Savlon is great. It seems to do a much better job, bringing ingrowns out much faster than the bikini saver did. Usually literally overnight! Because of the smell, I use it just before going to sleep.

I have a question which I hope someone can assist me with. I wish to remain completely devoid of body hair. Can anyone advise of any suitable creams, lotions etc. I am concerned about the reaction of such creams in delicate areas.

I’ve been removing hair for quite a few years. I started with a braun silk epil, but updated to an emjoi gold a few years ago because it will pick up shorter hairs.

I also have a smaller braun “personal” battery operated unit that I use for doing eyebrows.

I use the emjoi almost everywhere including face. Getting started on the face is difficult, but it’s very rewarding once you get used to it! NO beard shadow let alone 5 o’clock shadow! :D

If an area is too painful to do with the emjoi because it hasn’t been done before, I prefer to get that area waxed first, then epil the regrowth.

I prefer to go for waxing as a male, as it tends to be a bit uncomfortable and leaves bits of wax here and there. Not a good look and feel while dressed.

One area can be very difficult to get to, and paying to get waxing done can be good value for money. It’s called a “crack and sack”. 😳

To treat ingrown hairs, the best treatment I’ve come across is “Savlon”, an ordinary ointment available from the supermarket.

I also like to use something to reduce regrowth, the preference being for “Hair Free Gel” (Laura Marx Pty Ltd) on the face and “Johnson’s Hair Miniising Body Lotion” (Johnson and Johnson) everywhere else.

I have tried “Hair no more” and “Ingrow go” by “Skin Doctors Dermacuticals” and have had severe reactions to both. The hair remover of “hair no more” may have removed a tiny fraction of the hairs, but overall looked completely ineffective and caused a rash on all of the skin that it was applied to. The growth retarding spray appeared to have a little effect, but the effect was less than that of the “Hair Free Gel” and seemed to wear off after I stopped using it. “Ingrow go” stank just taking the lid off the bottle, burned going onto the skin and caused more severe rashes than the Hair no more. I couldn’t use it long enough to see if it worked.
