Wow Jane, so much information and you are so far ahead of me. Over the years I’ve experimented with hormones I “borrowed” from my wife. I’ve also bought from transformation.co.uk. I’ve just a couple of comments to reinforce some things you’ve said. I managed to grow an almost B cup on my left and something a bit smaller on my right mainly through exercise and boob cream from transformation. But when I wanted to begin using anti-androgens I asked transformation what the active ingredients were and received a deafening silence. There are some risks I’m not prepared to take. I had been about to dive into herbals but hearing that they could block the effectiveness of genuine HRT I decided to go legit with the medicos. I found a sympathetic GP in Sydney who put me straight on Finasteride 5mg ant-androgen and referred me to a psych for clearance for HRT. I’m now one month into finasteride and have had the psych interview. I’ll see the GP next week and hopefully will start HRT then. I just wish I’d been brave enough to seek professional help earlier.

I came out to my wife twice with a 30 yr gap when I pretended to give up crossdressing but carried on while she was away or I was on a business trip. Long term stealth mode can work if you are really careful.
The two coming outs were radically different based on our circumstances at the time. The first time we were a young married couple and she took my hobby as a bit of a joke and cooperated as long as no-one else was likely to find out and as long as I didn’t bring Carol to bed. But as she slowly realised this was serious stuff for me she became more negative and I went back into the closet.
Second time we are both retired, the children are grown up and married and I am obviously not going to change. The children know. I’m spending much more time as Carol, doctors etc know about me and I am getting support from my wife as long as friends and neighbours don’t find out. I’m slowly dropping hints about transition and I’m hopeful my wife will stick with me. -
I’ve read many times that whatever herbs or hrt you are on your ultimate growth will depend on heredity ie the size of your mother’s is a good indicator. This is so disappointing as both my mother and my eldest daughter who is mother’s spitting image have small ones. I’m out to prove environment is more important! wish me luck.
