The thing is, Christina, that as far as McD’s are concerned, the child wage slaves are NOT employed by McD’s, but rather are employed by the franchise holder. And that all the problems in this matter are for the franchise holder to resolve.

McD’s do not refer to the employee as being employed by McD’s, but rather being employed by the local franchise holder.
In short, McD’s are claiming in their response letter that it is the local franchise holder and employees of same that are at fault, and not McD’s.Jenifur Charne

I’d not given it any thought as to why I thought of a screwdriver. Makes sense now though. Deal with computers enough and a screwdriver becomes an indispensable tool, so it becomes the main type of tool you think of when you think about tools.
As for why folks think of what colour, that has me puzzled as well.

I hope that my reason for not attending TransFormal 2011 is judged to be acceptable.
I am on the Disability Support Pension, and at the time when I would have had to purchase my ticket for TransFormal 2011 and pay for accommodation, I was approximately $400 below the needed total amount of about $850.
