Elsa, I had exactly the same experience. It was a Saturday so not many customers. I was able to try on many of the wigs with out feeling embarrassed. The staff were so supportive and constructive. I’ll go there again.

Hi Lauren, the owner retired from the businesses after trying to sell the store. All the surplus stock was given to the Salvation Arm in Katoomba. No stock in the Katoomba Op shop unfortunately!
