Hey Ladies. I have booked The Nags Head in Glebe for the Christmas TGR Social on Friday 16th December at 7:30pm. Although there is a function in the Loft ( area where we met last time), I have managed to secure the Bistro area. For those of you who were there last time, this is the section half way up the stairs to the Loft.

Hi Ladies

I need your input for the next TGR Social which is pencilled in for Friday 16th December.

The Nags Head which we all really loved this month has no availability upstairs. The only space available which could accomodate 20+ is the bit to the right of the bar which is up a few steps. Still a reasonable area where the pinball machines are.

The Friend in Hand will be keeping the same configuration upstairs for the foreseeable future, complete with four pool tables and hardly any seating. Option could be to try book the whole bistro, but then we are sat down all evening like we were at the October event. There is a beer garden , but then we’re at the mercy of the weather.

So with the above in mind, what are your preferences?

Hi Ladies

Just to confirm that the next TGR Monthly Social will take place on Friday 18th November at 7:30pm. Also, please note that there is a change of venue for November. We will be meeting at The Nags Head Hotel, 162 St John’s Road, Glebe.

I have booked a space upstairs, so walk past the bar to the back of the pub and the staircase is on the right. It’s a very friendly and welcoming place with good food and reasonably priced drinks. Looking forward to the new venue, but please let me know if you will be attending to ensure we have sufficient space x

Random thought, but what about the Butchers Brew in Dulwich Hill. Always really friendly when we’ve been there for Tina’s gigs. They don’t do good as such, but have an option for it to be ordered in from a nearby place. Parking pretty easy round there too

Fabulous company once again for the October get together, even if we all felt that we have outgrown the venue. Probably missing around 4-5 other girls who had left by this point, but still a stunning ensemble!
