  In an attempt to gain votes from transgender citizens in the upcoming [Bangkok, Thailand] gubernatorial election, Pheu Thai candidate Pongsapat Pongcharoen last Friday [Feb 01, 2013] released a YouTube video clip highlighting his policy of promoting sexual diversity in Bangkok.
