  Gender-fluid enters the Oxford English Dictionary

  I suspect language is going to evolve quite a bit as these issues become more mainstream but the addition of ‘gender-fluid’ to the OED is certainly a milestone of some sort. In the words of Katherine Martin, an editor for the Oxford English Dictionary:
  ‘of all the evolutions going on in our language, the “speed at which the English language is expanding” to be more inclusive of other gender identities is the most exciting aspect.’
