Herbal breast enlargement

has anybody tried the herbal menopause preparations.

I have taken a list of ingrediences of one of the herbal breast growth products and I am looking aroung comparing the two but I have not tried anything.

Does anybody have any experiences using these products, some of which are available in Coles & Woolies.

The hops in beer contain phytoestrogens and are thought to be quite active.

These effect the menstral periods of female hop pickers and are even thought to give men gynecomastia.

maybe hops are worth a try

The best way seems to be absorbsion through the skin.

So off to the home brewing shop for some hop extract and rub it in on the skin.

Two herbs that are know to cause gynecomastia are red clover(more likely) and black cohosh are in two of the menopause preparations available of the shelf.

I have just started making a tea from red clover, fennel and fenugreek with a daily black cohosh capsule. We will see if this has any effect in the next few months.

I have been taking Estro-Glan for 6 months, it is a synthetic hormone and herbal product that has produced great results and no side effects. It is sent to here from the states as a dietary product. Have also heard about the hops theory, there is some information on the net if you do a search. Nicole

The ingredients of Estro Glan are supposedly:
Each tablet contains: 300mg of raw ovary, 50mg of mammary glan, 20mg raw pituitary, 25mg of raw uterus, 20 mg of raw adrenal, 25mg of goldenseal, 50mg saw palmetto, 25mg gentian, 25mg cayenne, 15mg, kelp, 375mg octacosanol.

Sounds a bit like it contains real animal extracts and not synthetic. The scare about mad cow disease alerted us to the risks involved in taking raw animal extracts – but that hasn’t stopped these products being puit on sale in the states.

Take too many of these tablets and you may end up like George Bush and not Madonna.

I got this from the “Flat to Fem” breat enlargement program.
The list below is meant for a 1 month treatment.

1. 100 red clover capsules: 350-375 mg. per capsule
(Be sure the capsules contain red clover “blossoms”
only.) 1 capsule 3x per day
2. 100 fenugreek capsules: 600-620 mg. per capsule, 2 capsules 3x per day
3. 100 saw palmetto capsules: 540-600 mg. per capsule, 2 capsules 3x per day
4. Liquid fenugreek extract: 1-2 ounces, mix in moisturiser and apply once a day
5. Progesterone USP cream: 2-4 ounces apply to inner thighs and wrists once a day
6. IF YOU ARE OVER AGE 30: 100 GABA capsules:
500-750 mg. per capsule OR 100 grams powder, one capsule per day
7. 360 rotations of Chi Massage (breast area) 2x per day

Results suposedly show in about 3-4 weeks with an increase of around 2-3 cup sizes. Good resultsafter about 12 weeks depending on diet, etc.

This program is meant to set up and mimic the hormones of an adolesent girl during puberty.

I have tried grobust, hops, red clover, fenugreek and many others. I felt different but got little physical effects and no breast growth. A supplement called mirifem, made from an herb from Thialand was actually quite effectiive and gave me enlarged nipples in a short time. I then cut down my dose to a mantenace dose.

I have been taking capsules and liquid for 6 month now, and my breasts have grown from nothing to a small size B cup, it really works, but you have to be patient.

Thse are real female hormones, and it will take a lot of money and time, but worht it.

Alternatively, buy Saw Palmetto, Dong Quai, fenugreek, blessed thistle, wild yam and fennel seed capsules from the health stores.

You have to take ALL of them together, one capsule 2 times a day, and that will give the same result.
It is the combination of all of these togehter that does it.

Aslo drink fennel tea and fenugreek tea.

Sorry I didn’t notice your post sooner.

I found that the fennel and fenugreek tea had the effect of increasing nipple sensitivity while I was drinking it, but the effect wore off a couple of weeks after I stopped drinking it.

The other effect, which was why I stopped drinking it, was that it seemed to make it impossible to lose weight. While off it, I’ve dropped about 12kg. I’m aiming to lose another 5kg or so and then I’ll start drinking the tea regularly again.

I have not had a chance to investigate this further so I can not give you my conclusions
I felt it is worth mentioning for you to continue what I started.
In light of yesterdays reply and I had some discussions with a fellow TR at a monthy party an idea clicked into my mind which I shared with her. She also has good knowledge about life extensin from another area. She had no objections to the idea either

I was evaluating the idea of plant based anti-androgens coupled with phytoestrogens to have a greater effect in feminisation. As expected I found that, like phytoestrogens are no where near a powerfull as animal/human estrogens.

Then a idea came up. In the below link there are plant based -androgens again no where near as powerful as animal/human androgens

That is the key

The idea is to take the phytoandrogens and flood the cell with less powerfull androgens so that your own hormones like testosterone in the male body cannot bind to the cell receptiors that are taken up by the less
powerful phytoandrogens and hence the much reduced effect of male characteristics. Then combine with phyto estrogens wihich too will take up receptors in the cell for the best shot greater feminity
This is an idea and you WILL need to look into it further. Don’t overdo it as to much can be toxic regardless of being natural as with all drugs of any persuasion.

Just started taking Fenugreek and Palmatta. I am reading an article I received via E-mail and will be interested to see if there is any reaction. I am following directions and am hoping for some noticeable changes within a month.

They are both readily available through the local chemist, and its worth trying as they are not too expensive eiither. I’ll keep everbody posted as to the results.

I started taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto about three weeks go and added Vitex and Black Cohosh capsules to the original herbs. I definitely feel my breasts have grown. The nipples are larger and more prominent and I feel there is definitely more breast tissue than three weeks ago. I have been quite conservtive with dosages, 3x 1 Fenugreek 2x Saw Palmetto and one each of Vitex and Blck Cohosh per day.

If this continues at this rate, I’ll have B cup breasts within 9 months.

If I summarise my own personal experience, and the factual reports of breast enhancement (as opposed to the glowing testimonials on product web sites) then I think it is fair to state:

a) The effect of herbal supplements is very limited – all you can expect is some nipple sensitivity and maybe adverse side effects like weight gain.

b) Nothing happens in weeks or months. Reports of significant breast enlargement are associated with treatment over YEARS. It takes adolescent girls years to grow breasts – and then that is associated with huge surges in growth hormone as well. It is very unlikely that an adult male would develop tissue in weeks in response to a few herbs.

c) You can improve the shape of your male breasts by appropriate weight exercises. That doesn’t add to the volume (except through underlying muscle growth). This is the only breast enhancement that has quick results.

d) Creams and tablets that actually contain hormones do enlarge the breasts – but again only over 6 – 9 months. This is a much more expensive option than taking herbs – and the risks of taking any form of hormone orally are not insignificant.

I have tried many different things over the years and can testify that it is easier to feel that the treatment has some effect (particularly if it is costing big dollars) than it is to measure any significant change with a tape measure.

Currently I am on a combination of gym exercises and estrogen cream.
It has effects, just measurable with a tape measure over months.

But those companies selling herbal treatments to the community should in my opinion be shot. They are just a cancer preying on the desires most of us have top put some real flesh in the bra.
