I’m tempted to suggest that if you eat enough bread to get any clinically significant level of phytoestrogen in your blood then you are certain to increase your breast measurements – and every other measurement on your body as you head into the ranks of the clinically obese.

Its been a long while, but I’m still waiting to see the clinical data that proves that phytoestrogen grows boobs – but I see plenty of evidence that those who understand the processes involved consider it on the far side of unlikely.

But I’ve had the Burgen bread – its nice – it makes good tasty sandwiches.

You could always take the yummy bread, mould it into little mounds and pad your bra with it, good healthy result with the added advantage of a ready snack or in case you find yourself in a park full of hungry ducks! Just a thought?

Herbals do not really work, so dont waste your money.
Have a look at the Transgendercare website medical feminising program.
Use finasteride (available as Propecia or Proscar tablets) for an anti-androgen effect and watch your boobs slowly increase in size before thinking about using female hormones.
The Inhousepharmacy can supply all your requirements witout the need for prescriptions.
    Good Luck

    Hi all,
I have found a site called Flat to Fem ( lucillesorella.com ) good, the basic ingredients are: saw palmetto, fenugreek, red clover, progesterone, wild yam. It depends a lot on your age, body type, health, diet and exercise, also not having caffine, too much alcohol or smoking helps as well.

Time to repeat a posting earlier in the thread which now seems to be forgotten….

It is very noticeable in a thread like this that a lot of people announce what they are going to try – but few report back with any measurements that would substantiate the claims being made by the herbal manufacturers.

I personally have tried over the years many of the herbal preparations – and have tried to be patient enough to give them a chance to have some effect. But the only thing I can report with certainty is that the herbs do increase your weight (about 9lbs in my case) – deposit fat round your body – and as a result increase your bust measurement (by a few cm).

I believe it is a medical fact that estrogen (not estrogen-precursors) is a necessary factor in growing breast tissue (as opposed to fat). Until there is evidence backed up by actual measurements otherwise I think it would be irresponsible to allow this forum to continue to shed false hope of breast growth based on herbal preparations.

Subsequent postings in this forum must therefore contain:
Measurements (over & below breast) and weight before treatment.
    The same measurements after treatment.
    The herbs taken.
The time period (presumably >6 months)
Any other factors that might affect result (for instance HRT!)

Postings that do not contain this information will be deleted to avoid misleading others.

If you look at the evidence – or rather the lack of evidence that herbals have a feminising effect – then it is even cheaper not to buy them at all!

    Hi,
I will back up with what Amanda said.

Phytoestrogens are just not powerfull enough. They use the same/similar cellular receptors as animal estrogens and testosterone.

The only way I got my 18D’s, just, is by prescription and bovian supplements like Bountifull breasts and Thyroplex [see previous submissions.
This has to be used with a anti-androgen as well for best results
I suspect that bountiful breasts is nothing but a certain bovian estrogen anyway. It works but it is not that special as claimed. And the price!!! But I am not totally certain though
What I believe happens with bountiful breasts is that it raises the estrogen level very high. As the pituatary gland only recognises hormone quantity not quality, and with the raised level of estrogen the pituarary gland reducies the signaling to produce less testosterone, similar to the prescription drugs prodedure.
The site does suggest the use of a anti-androgen for better performance

The two questions that remain unanswered for me are

1, A general estradiol blood test does not detect estrogens in bountiful breasts. This means the product is using other less powerful estrogens. Not estradiol the most powerfull one, the only one the test recognises. There was another test for another type of estrogen but we never went ahead with it. Which ones are really used and why?

2, Bountiful breasts says to use the product and after a 9 or 12 month use the body can continue to convert testosterone to estrogen for a while after use. The patient is always pending Hummm. I suppose it can happen to isolated people but that is all you need to say it, if it’s true in the first place. Thyroplex had a extensiom of 8 to 9 weeks after use. I had to discontinue due to the heart operation. How did I know? Simple my head hair started to fall out big time. So when I reintroduced thyroplex it stopped falling out in 48hts. It all grew back again with no recognisable permanent loss
Bountiful breasts may be hiding continious use to sell more product. If estrogen is not continued the pituatary gland will increase signaling for testosterone. The lowest level of oral continuious use of estrogen to stop pituatary signaling varies from person to person. With prescription drugs that is one of the jobs of your doctor.

I have tried many select phytoestrogens myself. Yes I want to go a natural as possible but it is just not there. If you are sprouting in your early teens maybe there is hope. Bovian is the best natural product you are going to get that is effective at this time or a operation
As per previous response 6mg prescription estradiol is about one thyroplex. I have another test due by the end of January 2011 to doube check.

With phytoestrogens you may get some initial advancement but that is where it stays.
As phytoestrogens take the same and near same receptors as animal estrogens and testosterone it will act as a anti-androgen to some degree as well.
Again you will have to take a heck of a lot phytoestrogens rich food to get even anywhere. Then overdosing of these certain foods can cause other overdosing problems with other food contents

It take ages to get my boobs. It took me 4 years At least 3.5 on prescription and bovian. How would low effect phyto-estrogens perform. Not good at all I would imagine. It is hard enough the other way

For a younger person growing boobs is easier than a older person. The difference largely is growth hormone. Much less in the older person. But again you have to be CAREFULL. There are certain proceedures to follow for optimum safety. That is another story

As an avid reader of readers digest i came across this little segment…
“repeated use of lotions, soaps and shampoos containing high concentrations of lavender or tea tree oil may lead to breast growth in pre-pubescent boys, according to the us national institute of environmental health sciences.
Pure lavender and tea tree oils can mimic the actions of oestrogen and inhibit the effects of androgen, the hormone known to control masculine characteristics, says dr derek henley, one of the study,s lead researchers. “if you use these products on your child and you see changes in his body, talk to your doctor or paediatrician,” says henley. At this stage doctors are still to determine how much exposure causes problems.

Hmmmm someone pass me the tea tree oil please :o)

I have used Gro Bust with con siderable success. The massage lotion tends to work well, but you need to be persistant and do a 3 month course. Like most products it works for some and not for others.

    without anti-androgenens.

Your body will always balance out to what it is programed to be without the use of anti-androgenens. Unless you take VAST amounts of estrogen like they used to in the olden days before the invention of anti-androgenens.

The only reason why I can think of that we’d have any success with these is because maybe as we get older our natural testosterone levels drop signifgantly. Or maybe if you are taking finastride, a anti-androgenen to prevent baldness, like I am. 😉

I appreciate the desire for some sections of our community to have breasts without inuring the risks of HRT.
But in the absence of ANY quantitative data describing what is achievable, it is irresponsible to allow others to believe that such an outcome can be assured and encourage them to spend lots of $$$ with herbal manufacturers.

I have been requesting that someone post some FACTS for 2 1/2 years now.
But in vain. The impulse to tell everyone what you are taking is obviously far stronger than the desire to be objective about what changes are happening to your body.

Because I’m getting so fed up of hiding these unsubstantiated “success” stories I’m changing the rules…..

IF YOU POST ANY POSITIVE STORY ABOUT HERBAL BREAST ENLARGEMENT IN THIS THREAD
THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN OBJECTIVE QUANTITATIVE EVIDENCE OF SUCCESS
    THEN IT WILL BE DELETED…NO WARNING…NO EMAILS…

BTW I’m not on commission from any herbal supplement manufacturer :-)

I experimentent with such , but could not vouch for any substantile effect if any at all , the same effect could have resulted from my consumption of booze. That is a recognised boob enhanser for men result of the body dealing with alcohol.
I did find out about it on a site that had links to some research (herbal) not that i think it was ultimately conclusive , there was referance to anecdotal evidence on the site and some claim great effect , not to sure as to how much is the homonal effect of herbs and how much a predisposition some have. And time frames were many years to so that to may play its part as declines in testosterone occur later in life.

I was not satisfied with what I experianced and moved to recognised treatments that by the way had real and rapid action as the Evidence says they would! And it is cheaper!

I have finally come up with the only effective way to use herbs to increase breast size. I’m not confident that Amanda will allow it to stay here, but here goes…

Firstly, start up an online business selling herbs for breast growth. Sell a cheap blend of herbs that are reputed to have some phyto-estrogen content, but make sure that the pills contain enough filler to ensure that the active ingredients aren’t concentrated enough to cause harm. Name the product “huge breasts” or some such, and use photos of naturally well endowed women to pretend that your product works.

If your web site looks convincing enough, and you spam enough forums, you’ll sell enough of your cheap garbage herbs at vastly inflated prices to pay for implants.

Yes, it’s tongue in cheek, but seriously, it’s the only way that herbs are going to give you bigger breasts. :)
