Alcohol is a real factor, as it’s now New Year’s Eve, then it is time to stop having a wine or two and perhaps a few more salads and less pizza etc… 2014 is a year of weight loss.

Don’ t try to lose weight too quick or it will come back.
    200g a week is enogh.

I started taking flaxseed oil about 9 years ago, walking 4km most days and stopped eating bread and high carbohydrate type food. The flaxseed oil although a high energy food increased my energy. Some experiments for feeding flaxseed to rats made them lose weight.

Also increase your intake of non-carbohydrate vegetables, this means you don’t eat the high carb stuff.

    And dance a lot.

Me too with the weight problem. I started my journey at 95 kg and got down to 83.5 kg after 12 mths. The family visitors have just left but I’ve gained 2kg over 10 days. Back to disciplined eating and exercise now.
