  New Premier photo albums

  The new Premier picture galleries are finished and ready for use.
  As always, there is probably still a few bugs in the code, so if things don’t work as you expect please drop me an email
  to amanda@trannyradio.com and let me know.
  I have tried to import all the photos you had uploaded into the first, public, album. If you have lost any pictures in the upgrade please let me know immediately.

  Premier Picture Albums

  Viewing Albums

  Each Premier member can have up to 6 picture albums.
  You get to see the albums by either clicking on “Show Pictures” at the top of the profile or on the image in the profile that says “My Albums”.
  If you don’t see the album link then it means that member has not uploaded any pictures.

  The first screen you get to shows a picture of the cover of each album the member has created.
  Click on the album and it will open up and show the picture thumbnails.
  Put your mouse over the thumbnail and it will turn into a larger sized image.
  To return to the albums screen close the album by clicking on the album picture in the middle of the thumbnails.

  Maintaing Your Album

  When you view your own album you see the album and thumbnail pictures, but in addition there are links to allow
  you to create and delete pictures and albums. To see your profile in edit mode, the easiest way is to
  click on “Edit My Profile” at the top of the screen when you are logged in.

  You can create up to 6 albums and each album has slots for 8 photos.
  The first album is the public album. Any photos in this album will be shown in rotation to all visitors to the web site on your profile.
  The album cannot be deleted and only upload pictures to this album that you don’t mind everyone seeing.

  When you view the albums there is a link “Create New Album”. This allows you to make a new (empty) album and give it a name. The name has to be 16 characters or less.
  You may also see a link “Delete Album” under albums you have created. Go carefully with this link as it will remove both the album and any pictures you put in it.
  You cannot delete the first (public) album.

  When you have an album open you will see a link under each picture that allows you to delete just that one picture from the album.
  If there are less than 8 pictures in the album you will also see one link “Load new Picture”. This will load a new picture in the position indicated. You cannot choose where the picture appears on the album – the computer always selects the first empty slot.
  There is no restriction on the size of picture uploaded – the computer will reduce it in size on the fly. But if you try uploading very large images either you will die of bordom waiting or your browser may crash.

  You can give the uploaded picture a title (16 characters again) but that is optional.
