Nighties or PJs
Posted by Anonymous on 03/04/2010 at 5:31 amI do not know if this has been discussed before .
But what are the thoughts about wearing either Nighties or PJs.
I prefer nighties as they are cooler.

Guest03/04/2010 at 7:39 amWow Alexi, delving into the bedroom habits of people can be an interesting topic at times! Me, I wear a T shirt and and shorts for the simple reason that they are what I am most comfortable in. Wintertime brings out a pair of trakky pants and top too on the really cold nights. It’s about being comfortable, life as a girl doesn’t always have to be “high heels and miniskirts”, not that I’m preaching but it’s nice to be comfortable when you sleep which is what I am. Most likely just like anyone else here.

Guest03/04/2010 at 10:35 amWhen it’s cold: several layers from thermals to thicker PJ’s
When it’s cool: thicker PJ’s to thinner PJ’s
When it’s hot: singlets with silk short shorts or (silk) nighties, they’re so ultra thin it’s the next best thing to nothing at all!
But overall PJ’s for sure.
I do sleep a lot (way way too much) so I have this down to a fine art! -

Guest03/04/2010 at 11:07 amMust admit I prefer a satin nightie but in winter I have some stretch cotton nighties. Don’t like anything around my legs in bed though.

Guest04/04/2010 at 3:07 amWell the climate’s a bit variable here in Tassie so I wear anyhting from silk shortie pyjamas to fleecie jim jams. A nightie is the preferred option, they can be surprisingly warm-or is it just girliness of it all…?

I have not worn PJs for 40 years and would go to bed in just jocks until I started wearing night shirts and now nighties. I find long PJs too restrictive at night.
