Of irony and nostalgia!!!
Hi to all on TGR,
Ah the irony of it all….. Here’s me thinking I would not need my wigs for a couple of weeks, so yesterday I posted them off to my make up artist. (IE Caty has gone to the hairdressers) then just half an hour later my beloved up and tells me that instead of her grandson coming here for a couple of days, she’s going up to Melbourne..
Ah well, I still have my brunette bob and a couple of old “curly” numbers, but various “male me” commitments has meant very truncated Caty time, so only the “ugly” version. IE. No time for make up…

Coming home with my beloved after a recent overnighter im Melbourne we picked up the Eastern Freeway at Chandler Hwy and that’s when “Caty came along for the ride”.. My two makeovers took place within 3 k’s either side of that road and of course there was much nostalgia as I drove. But of course I could not say a thing to ‘er in the car beside me”……
