  I have just watched the film Orlando again, from a book by Virginia Wolfe and had forgotten how lovely it was. It is about a young man who is androgynous in nature and he changes sex as he goes through the years. It is sumptuously filmed with lovely costumes and quite erotic ( to me ) to see the costumes and sights of the actress in her different guises. The late , great Quentin Crisp plays an aging Queen Elizabeth 1.
  I recommend it to anyone who likes an interesting story though there are no car chases….. but there are guns early on in the film!!
