Pueraria Mirifica?

Vicki – I have used Pueraria Mirifica – it was the main ingredient in a breast enhancement pill I was taking several years back. It is hard to say whether it worked or not as it was part of a cocktail and I have and am still taking some of the other ingredients in that cocktail.

To answer your question it was not easy to find in Australia – I got mine from an ebay international seller and in hindsight the item could have been seized by customs because breast enlargement pill (I beleive) are prohibited in Australia.

There were no side effects and more importantly the pill worked. I was taking it at the time in conjunction with the application of a wild yam cream.

Today i take three of the main ingredients – Fenugreek (1000mg), Saw Palmetto (1600mg) and L-tyrosine (200mg). The LT is an amino acid that builds protein and stops moods swings – and as a bonus produces melanin which darkens the skin in the sun.

A herbalist set me up with the above recipe, which originally also contained black cohosh but she took me of this as I was becoming a total bitch (obviously I was producing too much oestrogen).

At the end of the day I can say that in the right body herbal cocktails do work. My boobs overflow a 12C cup. If you aspire to anything bigger I think HRT is probalby the only way to go (implants aside).

In addition to the herbs, I choose my bras very carefully and wear them as much as possible to encurage muscle development in the right areas.

Over the years I have also noticed a build up on my hips and bum.

Hi Vicki I have only just started on Pueraria Mirifica, Like Juleelibido , I bought them of an overseas seller , But mine got through , and yes they did have a OPENED BY CUSTOMS sticker on them , but they deemed them to be OK and arrived with no problems .. I have been taking them only for a week or so .

From memory I only paid about $25 including postage , for 3 bottles of 100. . I have been taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening , with absolutely no side effects as the research I conducted suggested.

Obviously in only a week or two any result if any are totally negligable. The research suggested some effect may be seen after only 6 to 12 weeks. ( Here’s hoping LOL )

I take great interest in Juleelibido’s results and it appears that the Pueraria Mirifica has given a positive growth particlarly with the combinations she has stated as prescribed by her herbalist , for me a 12 C would be ample , lol

I see your also in WA as I am, It would be nice to catch up one day . I endeavour to get up to the Chameleons when ever I can

Delighted to hear from you , I actually bought them of the net ,
They do seem to be having some effect > as mentioned on their instructions/ informaton, they would take up to 12 weeks to before you see any results . so so far so good , Not a massive increase but a small but noticeable enlargement . and no side efects .

I have also found some more information that I had to actually pay for on breast enlargement , but it does appear to have some good information on it , I also have some feed back on another product that the supplier says works better on males than genetic wome that I will be following up on .

Hi All I am a very excited lady at the moment, my shipment of Pueraria Mirifica arrived on my desk this morning (7 days since placing order). It too had been opened by customs with a little notice saying there were no problems with the contents and nothing was removed or opened. Well done . I had the same note, from customs in my parcel as did you and yes the excitement when they arrive , it was such a high .

I am now on my third bottle , and I am beinging to see / feel some enlargement in the breast area . filling my bras a little beter .along with a little tendrness at times .

The general shape seems to be changing a little as well .

My readings indicate , as to be expected , the capsules will have a varing effect on different people,

I did not get any spray with mine , but from memeory , I got mine from a different seller.

It is very noticeable in a thread like this that a lot of people announce what they are going to try – but few report back with any measurements that would substantiate the claims being made by the herbal manufacturers.

I personally have tried over the years many of the herbal preparations – and have tried to be patient enough to give them a chance to have some effect. But the only thing I can report with certainty is that the herbs do increase your weight (about 9lbs in my case) – deposit fat round your body – and as a result increase your bust measurement (by a few cm).

I believe it is a medical fact that estrogen (not estrogen-precursors) is a necessary factor in growing breast tissue (as opposed to fat). Until there is evidence backed up by actual measurements otherwise I think it would be irresponsible to allow this forum to continue to shed false hope of breast growth based on herbal preparations.

Subsequent postings in this forum must therefore contain:
Measurements (over & below breast) and weight before treatment.
The same measurements after treatment.
The herbs taken.
The time period (presumably >6 months)
Any other factors that might affect result (for instance HRT!)

Postings that do not contain this information will be deleted to avoid misleading others.

One extra thing about PM.

It could be good for prostate. remember if if you have the SRS operation you still have a prostate and it can still play up as you get older. There is a bit of controversy whether it is testosterone or estrogen that can cause prostate enlargement, the latest research is pointing to estrogen. I found 500mg MP per day reduced the need to get up in the middle of the night to go. It worked much better than saw palmetto or red clover.

Just thought I would share my results using PM.

I obtained a supply of tablets and breast spray, taking the tablets twice a day and using the spray twice a day. I used the spray for about 3 months and the tablets for about 6, I wasn’t taking anything else at the time. Like some of the other posters the delivery was opened by Customs, but was allowed through without problems.

My body shape is very lean (I am a competitive cyclist), so I started with no breast development at all, measuring 84 cms both below and over the breast. After a few weeks my breasts started getting quite sore and I started developing a hard lump under the nipple. At the same time my nipples started becoming much more pronounced and the areoles darkened. The lump went down toward the end of the six months leaving me with a breast measurement of 91 cms, while under breast has remained at 84 cms. So i had around 7 cms of growth, so not even up to a AA cup, but certainly more than I had before. I had no weight change during or after this period, staying at 57 kg, and didn’t have any other significant measurement changes.

I have now been off PM for around 6 months and have retained all of this growth.

There were no side effects, in fact I generally felt really good while taking PM, in particular I felt that my skin seemed a bit softer, although this was obviously quite subjective.

Overall I was happy with the results I got, but I will add the standard disclaimer that other people may not get the same results.

I have been taking PM 500 for 3 months and my breasts are stating to form with no side effects .I had to order some more of the stronger ones.I found out that males have to take a double dose than those of what females take.My breasts are sore ,and,are like a young female at present ,Nipples and nipple surround no change as yet however I cannot go shirtless in the hot weather or swim bare chested otherwise others will notice,I have to wear a tee shirt. I usually take fengreet as a drink as well,I think that the estogen level is increasing in my body.I am starting to see some small cleavage and on the overall its great.Onlt problem is that what can I expect my final breast size will be.I have discussed this with my daughter who is in the mid thirties and she does not have a problem with it,as we both go clothes shopping and she has the say what clothes etc suits me.I say that it is a yes to the PM.love iana :PM

Can I recommend the post by Dana60 as being the sort of objective description that is needed in these forums when discussing teh effect of herbal preparations.

I don’t believe that repeated subjective descriptions are a basis for others making informed decisions. I feel that there have already been too many such posts in these forums. Although I don’t want to go back and delete all the potentially misleading descriptions, if postings continue in this way then I will have no option.

Once again – please look at what Dana60 wrote and try to emulate her factual approach – or please don’t post.

It has taken me sometime for my breasts to increase in size I was an 83cm now 86cm.My breasts are starting to harden but are not becoming firm all over,not as yet anyway.I have ran out of PM and awaiting new order. iana.

would it be true to say that its probable the stuff will grow breasts ? the growth may well be dependent on the indiividual – more that estrogen therapy perhaps .Perhaps theres a placebo effect here ?
Re Saw Palmetto i was warned by my doc that it could increase manboob size.
Now where do I get the mixture /compound we are taking about ?

Suzz, I wouldn’t describe it as being able to grow breasts, it may provide some growth in the breast area. I got mine from Ainterol, they have a NZ based website, but they deliver from Thailand.

Re it not able to grow breasts but increase them in size I already have small hard boobs or man boobs , so an increase in size would be welcomed by me .At this time I would be happy with just 1/2 A size or so .. any larger I dont know about but I wouldnt want B or C cups at present

Yes the jury is still out on herbal breast enlargement .I have been taking purearea mirifica 600mg three times a day along with red clover saw palmetto and fenugreek for around 6 months changes have occurred in an increase of around 1 in increase in my hips and bum breasts have grown at very least fill an a cup and have been quite tender around nipple area of late ,skin is softer, and overall feel better in some way it’s hard to explain. As for growing a pair of big girlie c cups only time will tell but im not holding out any hope keep you posted.
Another site worth a look is ainterol forums before after pics shows some promising results whether its a sales pitch from ainterol or not worth a look.
